1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ARS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
ARS provides a simulation platform that models potential outcomes for decisions you describe. Simulation results are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees, predictions, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity per account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All plans start with a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are listed on our home page and may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ARS for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the simulation engine.
- Submit scenarios designed to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Interfere with the security or performance of the platform.
- Share your account credentials with others.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the scenario descriptions you submit. ARS retains ownership of the platform, simulation engines, and all associated intellectual property. Simulation outputs are provided for your use under a non-exclusive licence for the duration of your subscription.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
ARS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that simulation outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by placing a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
