Free trial
Every plan begins with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Refund requests
If you believe you have been charged in error, or if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us at billing@simul.info within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond within two business days.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
