When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you use the platform we collect the scenario descriptions, simulation parameters, and results you generate. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the ARS platform.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails such as password resets and billing receipts.
- To monitor for abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. payment processing, hosting infrastructure) and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of ARS and its users.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data and simulation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We use a minimal analytics counter to measure aggregate traffic.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
